Artist’s statement:

The mysterious quality of paint has always intrigued me. It is therefore important that I find a subject which is equally fascinating to ‘hang’ the paint on. I have been drawn again to some of my favourite coastlines where colours, shapes, light and movement are my subject-as is the paint.
