Matthew O'Kane is a recent graduate of the National College of Art and Design Dublin where he achieved a BA in Fine Art Painting, he then achieved a Msc in Multimedia in Dublin City University. He was short listed for a digital media award http://www.digitalmedia.ie/ . He is in the collection of the OPW and the Board of Judges of the RDS.  Frozen Hill 3
