Aidan Crotty is a recent graduate of the Crawford College of Art and Design, Cork. He has previously shown in the RHA – Annual open, Case’05 at the Lavitt Gallery in Cork and at Kinnick House in Rosslare during the Wexford Opera Festival.This is his first show at The Paul Kane Gallery-January 2006. He has since been invited to show in Eigse as an artist in their emerging artists section Whilst spending time this summer building a curragh with friends near Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny he took time out to observe and absorb his surroundings. This body of work is a development of those observations.
