The Gallery of Photography presents the international premier of Jackie Nickerson's new series Domocile at Rencontres d'Arles,Rue du Roure 9, La Roquette, Arles

Jackie Nickerson is showing in a small group photographic show in Purdy Hicks London. Called Purdy Hicks Summer Party it runs from 8th July to 28th August and includes Hannah Collins, Richard Hunter and Richard Learoyd.

Philippa Sutherland will be showing in the small group show 'Summer's lease' at The Eagle Gallery, Farringdon Rd., London. She will be showing with Tom Hammick, Amanda Vesey, Sarah Sparkes and Nick Carrick. The show will run from the 22nd July until the 15th August.

Helen Farrell has been selected to show in the exhibition ‘Then & Now: evolving art practice’ at the Lewis Glucksman Gallery from Thursday 23rd July. The exhibition features artists whose work is in the Glucksman collection and examples of their current practice. MoMA, New York,has just acquired a Jackie Nickerson photograph from her 'Farm' series for their collection.Jackie is also currently showing in a group show in The Laurence Miller Gallery (New York): ‘By and about Women’, until March 2009

Chris Doris is part of a show in New York a group exhibition organized by the George Moore Society, taking place in the American Irish Historical Society, March 5th to April 10th.

'The AIHS in collaboration with the George Moore Society and the Irish Consulate General, New York will present From Another Island; Contemporary Irish Art. It is a group exhibition which will present a cross section of contemporary Irish art that includes photography, painting and sculpture from some of Ireland’s most highly acclaimed visual artists. The exhibition will comprise pieces from the renowned George Moore Society collection as well as recent works by the artists. Participating artists include; Brian Bourke, Bernadette Kiely, Barrie Cooke, Charlie Tyrell, Paul Mosse, Mary Kelly, Dermot Seymour, Alice Maher, Brian Maguire, John Shinnors, Chris Doris, Louis le Brocquy and Abigail O’Brien. This exhibition is supported by Culture Ireland.'


Deirdre O'Brien's one person show at The Fenton Gallery Cork runs from the 27th Feb until the 28th March
